Clearwater Mitigation is currently under contract to provide 475,000 riparian buffer credits, 450 nutrient offset credits, 2,500 stream credits, and five riparian wetland credits for the North Carolina Division of Mitigation Services (NCDMS). The 28-acre project includes wells, cattle fencing, and stream crossings for land owner access across the project.

Construction will begin in 2024.
